1991 International 4600 7.3 non-turbo navistar diesel with 5 spd manual. Only 49,384 miles on it. I got this truck from US navy base. 14ft flatbed with tommy lift along with stake sidings. Tires is at 85%. I wouldnt be afraid to drive it anywhere. brake is good. Everything is functional. Clean and no rust damage on the cab but some crack on the hood and its repairable.
